This is a legal agreement between MyArch, Inc. and Licensee, who is being licensed to use DataPower Buddy (Product).

Free License: The license for this version of the Product requires no payment by the user to MyArch or any other party.

Technical support: Because this license is granted to the Licensee for no cost, the Licensee is not entitled to free technical support from MyArch.
License: The Licensee is allowed to use all of the programs, data, and documentation included with this Product.

* You may:
- Install and use the Product on an unlimited number of computer systems.
- Extend the product using published APIs.
- Copy the Product, provided that such copies contain all the original Product's contents and proprietary notices. You may collect a reimbursement for the costs of producing the copy, but you may not charge a licensing fee for the Product;
- Permit others to use the Product under the terms listed above.

* You may not:
- Re-distribute the product, including placing the product on the Internet.
- Sell licenses for the Product;
- Include the Product in any other product;
- Remove any proprietary notices on the Product.

Title: Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Product and all component works within it shall remain in MyArch, Inc. or the original copyright holders. The Product and all Product Elements within it are protected by the copyright laws of the United States and international copyright treaties.

No Warranties: MyArch, Inc. expressly disclaims any warranty for the Product. The Product is provided 'As Is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness of a particular purpose. MyArch, Inc. does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the Product. MyArch, Inc. makes no warranties respecting any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time bomb, logic bomb, or other such computer program. MyArch, Inc. further expressly disclaims any warranty or representation to Authorized Users or to any third party.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall MyArch, Inc. be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of use of or inability to use the Product, even if MyArch, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will MyArch, Inc. be liable for loss of data or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit), or other damages based in contract, tort or otherwise. MyArch, Inc. shall have no liability with respect to the content of the Product or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights or the disclosure of confidential information.
